Spent the noon in wangsa walk mall.... it was supposed to be just a lunch break.

And there I saw this machine.

Its a weight n height measurement machine, but this one also measures ur blood pressure and body fat percentage. I realized Machines like this is starting to appear in many places, jusco n carrefour etc etc. Health conscious eh?

this is the thing where u r suppose to put ur arms in and have ur blood pressure measured. I've always had high blood pressure since i was a teen. and guess whats my reading this time.

This is me. Blood pressure still high but better than last time.. and im still in the ideal range for BMI, weight,body fat etc. still ok lah, but better if i can toned up! heh heh heh. Gotta get back to fitness plan since its after exam alr.

and i definitely need to realx n enjoy more to lower my blood pressure. LOL..

oh yeah, TGV cinema is now open at wangsa walk mall too..

apparently revision class is cancelled after lunch break so we end up watching a nooby movie there. That also means we just went for 5 minutes of revision class cause we went college late and had an early break. HMM...might as well sleep in more.
